About Common Sense Fitness

Why common sense? Because it's something we all have, and something we all need. Because while there is always new research to learn about humans and movement, it is also true that no one will ever know you better than you know yourself.

In a Common Sense Fitness class or training session you will be encouraged to push yourself, given tools to experiment with and maybe use in the future, and will never be told you have to do something that doesn't feel right or makes you uncomfortable. One of the greatest things about movement is that it feels different for everyone.

Common Sense Fitness is about balance, hard work, and a sustainable relationship with movement.
