In-person training
You can't beat one-on-one training when it comes to making a workout experience that's exactly right for you.
Our initial consultation will be to discuss health and injury history, goals, motivation, and make a plan.
Workouts can be once or multiple times a week, a couple times a month, or on-the-fly to fit schedules as needed. Depending on your goals and plans, each session may include functional bodyweight training, cardio, weight lifting, TRX suspension training, and more.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for in-person training.

Duo/trio training
If you're looking for the personalized attention of one-on-one training without the price tag, duo or trio training is a great way to go.
Depending on your goals training may include bodyweight intervals, resistance/strength work, TRX suspension training, flexibility and mobility practice, and more.
Every workout is tailored to the participants, and there are always variations to be found.

Small group training
(4-8 people)
If you're looking for peer-motivation and community as well as a lower price than more individualized training, small group may be the way to go. With between four and eight participants, you get a bit more of the feeling of a group fitness class while retaining a personalized feel. There will be some limitations in terms of location and equipment use—we can assess your space and decide what makes sense.
Before the first session, each participant will be asked to fill out a brief health history form, and note goals and past injuries.
